FItness coach
We are looking for driven, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Instructors to join the Transform team. The responsibility of a Fitness Coach falls into the following general categories:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to members and guests
- Greet members and guests with a smile and make eye contact
- Introduce yourself to members and learn their names
- Actively listen to members
- Respond to member questions in a professional and articulate manner
- When necessary, remind members of gym etiquette
- Studio Management
- Inspect the studio and report dirty, unsanitary, or unsafe conditions
- Notify management of broken or malfunctioning equipment.
- Inspect equipment for smooth, effective operation on a periodic basis
- Maintain an orderly studio by making sure that all equipment is put away, removing bottles, towels or other items left by members
- Keep walkways and exercise spaces clear of obstacles.
- Personal Accountability
- Familiarize, understand and follow the Employee Handbook
- Understand requirements for the Fitness Instructor position
- Dress in an appropriately prescribed uniform
- Attend workshops/meetings as required
- Regular and predictable attendance
