Veggies help prevent certain types of cancer, specifically colon and rectal. Spend the time and money on eating healthy organic veggies, especially leafy greens. Buying organic now might seem expensive currently, but think about how much money you’re saving by doing so. Put the money towards healthy foods now so you don’t have to spend money on cancer treatments later.

Reason 2: Healthy Bowel Movements

Ever hear the quote, “Show us your calendar and we’ll show you your future?” Well, in a weird way… show us your poop and we will show you your health. Your poop says a lot about your health. Veggies help alleviate cravings and in the process they aid in fat loss. It’s hard to reach for a cake or ice cream gallon when you’ve just downed two cups of roasted broccoli with garlic, salt, and pepper. Right? Use veggies to your advantage!
