Your Personal Training Studio and Developing A Training Plan

If you have already spent an enormous amount of time looking into getting fit, then you know that there is a near-endless stream of advice about the best way to do it.

Perhaps you have even tried numerous varied plans to help yourself get into shape. It can be quite confusing trying to decide what works, and what doesn’t. However, when it comes to getting healthy, training programs from a personal training studio like Transform Personal Training should be included into your routine.

Of course there is no shortage of training programs on the market.

The problem isn’t that there is too much information; the problem is that far too much of it is made for a general audience. Now, that may not be a big deal if you happen to stumble on a plan that is targeting somebody like you, but that’s a gamble at best, and can do more harm than good at worst.  Let your personal trainer guide you which program best suits your needs.

Before you get the wrong idea about creating a training plan, built around muscle development, you should know that it doesn’t mean you will end up looking like some muscle-bound man who is more a freak of nature. Instead, you will look more trim, toned and generally more athletic. It’s all about looking your best and more importantly, feeling your best!

So, you would like to start a program, but you’re not sure what’s best for you?

There is a simple solution: Find the best personal trainer in Chicago for you at Transform Personal Training . If you are concerned about how expensive they are, don’t be. At Transform Personal Training, we have reasonable rates, and investing in your health is always a good idea.

Whatever training program you choose, the key is to get started and take action!

Benefits of Having a Personal Trainer

Starting an exercise program will bring the best results when you are guided by a professional personal trainer. A personal trainer can help you get the most out of your fitness goals and can help you figure out where you should go next when it comes to working out.

It is very easy to find a personal trainer to help you with your exercise. The most important thing is that you are able to find a personal trainer that understands who you are and can help you be the best that you can be. There are many types of trainers that might fit this idea, so you have to be sure that you find the one that really makes you feel comfortable.

One of the benefits of having a personal trainer is that you get the opportunity to work with the aid of a trainer, but it should all come down to one thing, you have to be able to take care of yourself and get yourself in better shape. Your personal trainer must be someone who is going to encourage you but also someone who is going to be willing to let you be yourself and work at your own pace.

When you have a personal trainer in Chicago from Transform Personal Training you can count on one thing—you are going to be provided with plenty of motivation.

Often, exercise is something that is easy to forget about and something that is easy to put on the back burner because of other things that come up. With your personal trainer’s encouragement and support, you are more likely to get your workout done. As long as you can find a personal trainer that is willing to work with you with any conditions that you might have, this can be more beneficial for you and you will be more happy than stressed when it comes to the amount of work that you have done.

Staying Motivated For Training Success

If you are attempting to fight fat, it is simply not enough to begin an exercise program, you must be consistent with it.  For many people this can be challenging, especially if you have spent most of your life inactive.

Do you feel that exercise is boring or a chore?  You may be wondering whether your exercise program is really worth the effort. Your personal trainer in Chicago shares the following important points to help you.

Log it –

You might consider starting an exercise log.  Here, you will record exactly what kind of aerobic, anaerobic, and stretching exercises you do each week.  Be sure to include the number of repetitions you’re performing with each exercise.  This way, you’ll have a concrete chart for your progress.   Seeing how well you’re doing can be truly inspiring and can keep you going when you find it difficult to go on.

Incorporate friends –

Another effective motivational strategy is to join a group that engages in some kind of exercise.  For instance, you might become a mall-walker or you might find a local square dance club to join.  Other possibilities include hiking groups, golfing groups, softball teams, or other sports leagues.

I would also suggest that you constantly remind yourself of the value of exercise.  You might also invest in home exercise equipment such as a treadmill, elliptical trainer, or free weights.  The amount of money you spend could be a powerful incentive for making sure that you use the equipment on a regular basis.

You might also consider investing in exercise videos or DVDs.  These allow you the convenience of exercising in the privacy of your own home.  They can also give you an electronic “exercise buddy” who can help keep you inspired even on rainy days when you don’t feel like exercising at all.

Another effective idea is to place your shoes near the door so that you are reminded of the need to walk rather than drive.  You might also consider rewarding yourself for keeping with your exercise program.  Your reward could be as elaborate as a vacation or buying yourself that dress you have had your eye on.  The idea is to make sure that your accomplishment is celebrated.

It should be said that there is no right way to exercise.  Remember that you may face setbacks from time to time, but that shouldn’t stop you from continuing to try to reach your exercise goals as your personal trainer in Chicago guides you along the way.

Let me introduce you to Bob

Bob and Gerri

Bob is 75 years young and joined the Transform family in February. Bob has diabetes and came to us looking to lose a little weight, increase strength, relieve some aches and pains, and improve his general health. Bob has been working with Gerri Clark 2 times a week and just finished up his 2nd month with us. Gerri has been working very closely with Bob on his nutrition because his blood sugar levels have been all over the place causing him to gain weight. Lets fast forward…

Today Bob walked into his session with the BIGGEST smile on his face you could ever imagine. On Monday Bob had a doctors appointment and his doctor was dumbfounded because his blood sugar levels had stabilized and for the first time in YEARS they had to lower his insulin levels. On top of that, Bob had lost 10lbs, has more energy, and was fitting into pants he hadn’t been able to wear in a very long time. The doctor told him that whatever he is doing is WORKING and to keep it up. And Bob will. Bob has never been more motivated and can’t wait to see what else is possible.

This is why we do what we do at Transform. There is no greater feeling than to see that gigantic smile on a clients face when they realize that truly anything is possible at ANY age. Keep up the great work Bob and Gerri! Your story is an inspiration to many.
